Financial Assistance

Hayden Catholic High School provides a generous program of Financial Assistance that has experienced significant expansion in the last decade. Assistance in paying for tuition costs is available to families who demonstrate a financial need.  The application process begins in December and closes on December 25.  Applications are reviewed by the Hayden Tuition Assistance Committee and awards will be made in mid February.  In the event of an unforeseen circumstance later in the school year, please contact the school president at 785.272.5210 Extension 111.  

A large number of Hayden Catholic High School students receive financial assistance through the Hayden Summer Work Program or the Hayden Scholarship Program.  The Tuition Assistance Committee will determine a program that will work for applicants that are awarded tuition assistance.  


Hayden Summer Work Program 

The Hayden Summer Work Program provides an opportunity for students to assist the Hayden Staff during the summer. Funds earned are used to help defray some of the tuition expenses. The Financial Assistance Committee will determine which students would qualify for this program. 


Hayden Scholarship Program

The Hayden Scholarship Program provides an opportunity for students to qualify for need-based financial assistance through an application process.  There are two steps that need to be completed in order to be considered for Financial assistance.  Applicants must apply thru the SMART system.  Please review the documents below for specific details on how to apply.  Scholarship grants are awarded based on financial need. Some may also have service or academic performance requirements.
